Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We do not offer a refund to any cancellations made less than 24 hours of your pick-up time. For changes to your order, we will work with you, however, changes made less than 24 hours prior to your pick-up time will incur additional charges.
Nationwide Delivery Orders: As a policy, all our baked goods shipped nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order that is shipped nationwide. Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made 4 business days in advance of the requested delivery date. Calculated Confections does not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup, once an item is picked up and leaves our premises, it implies that you were satisfied with your order. Any damage occurred after pickup will not be Calculated Confections' responsibility.
For shipped orders, inspect your order upon arrival, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
